Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International delivery times typically range from 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that international customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website or via the link provided in your email.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible domestic orders. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed on our website and at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers. Please provide a valid street address at checkout to avoid delays.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at support@velvetmoonstone.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
